Vintage Lady in BlueCompleted by Margaret Mountstephens

In this card i used the basic sheet to make a topper with the lady in the hat and the roses decoupaged onto it
I placed this decoupaged topper onto a pre cut white cardstock base and then finished the card with clear sticky backed gems.
The additional photo is showing how versatile this sheet is. I cut out elements (Roses, lady in the hat and the words ) and used them as toppers on a lovely background paper (CUP 790010_7086)
