Vintage Lace

Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I matted the base image onto matching red card leaving a narrow border and attached it to the card using d/s tape.

I then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.

I placed four black gems to each corner to finish. The insert reads "May your day be filled with quiet pleasures, happy thoughts, and special moments. Happy Birthday".
