I printed out the design onto smooth white card,then cut out the elements,I matted a blank scalloped card with cup43537-96 then added the base layer,and built the decoupage with foam pads,to finish I added silver corner peel offs,a white bow and pearls to the flower centres, This makes a stunning finished card.
