Pretty Lilac and Pink Tulips with Pink Shoes and LippyCompleted by Valerie Spowart
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to white card with DST. I added decoupage with foam pads, highlighted stars and circular design with crystal stickles and finished with siver card candy to corners.
A lovely design.
