used A4 white scalloped edge card fold in half, printed sheet on photo paper, cut all pieces out place main picture on blue mirror card trim, place on card with d/sided tap, put rest of decoupage on with d/sided foam pads, put small light blue gems on shoes and 3 on the hat one med gem on hand bag flap, glitter in places.
