After printing out the sheet and cutting out all the elements I mounted the decourpage items with foam tape. I added some pink Liquid Pearl cluster dots around the design to accentuate the flowers. Then mounted the base topper onto a matching yellowy cardstock and created the card base.
I then finished off with some gold Liquid Pearl dots across the podium and lilac Liquid Pearl dots on the pink ribbon.
