I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square card. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.

I added glitter to the dragonfly in the bow and to some of the gems in the heart. I attached the greeting using thin foam tape.
