With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a light blue C5 card, i then made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, i finished my card by adding the happy birthday sentiment which i placed at the top of the card, this is a beautiful , bright design for a birthday, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
