I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a blue mat and then to a white card.
I assembled the elements with silicone glue and added the sentiments. Great fun design for that young man.

I printed on to paper. Mounted the topper on to gold card, then on to a blue pearl card. Layered all elements. Added card candi to finish. A great fun design for boys.
