I printed off the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I assembled the decoupage and attached it to the base picture with thin foam tape and silicone glue. I scored and folded an A5 card. I attached the design to the card with double sided tape.
I added glitter to the paint spots and the tip of the paintbrush to compliment the design.
