I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I attached it to a textured white square card and used decorative paper borders around it. Then I added coloured buttons of different sizes as shown over those borders.

I added the other cut out pieces to an insert inside the card. This is a great vintage design that would lend itself to several different occasions.
