Little Ballerina Envelope Card with DecoupageCompleted by Jane Wells

I printed onto photo card and cutting out the images, used 3d foam pads to add height. I added gold glitter to the crown and dress and popped on tiny pink beads and a 'happy birthday' peel off.

I matted the finished design onto pinky red paper and a cream card. Totally cute and girly!!
