A lovely card front for any little girl called Evie. The extra layers give a lovely 3d effect when built up. Lovely when finished.

I printed design on 180gm glossy photo paper and cut out elements. I mounted the main front onto a lilac card blank with DST. I added glitter glue to the balloons and to the drips on the letter candles. I added gems to the teddy's hat and the cupcake.
