With Love Flutter TulipsCompleted by Jean-Marie Penny
OccasionFloral / Floral Tulips
Printed onto 150gsm glossy photo paper and cut out. I mounted the base onto an 8"x8" card with DST and layered up the pieces with silicone gel. With the sentiment already printed this beautiful design needs nothing else.
