Vintage Fan and Flowers Quick Card Front with DecoupageCompleted by Deborah Braun

I feel in love with the colors of this card and the delicate background design. I printed on cardstock and cutout all pieces. I used silicone glue to layer up the decoupage pieces.

For the bows I used a glitter pen to add a little sparkle to the edges of the bows. I slight curved the bows and used a small drop of glue to attach at the center know of the bows.

The finished topper was attached to a complimentary card blank using double sided tape, and I finished it using peel off Happy Birthday sentiment.
