Printed on matte photo paper. I mounted the base image onto a brown card with dst, then added a peel-off border (colored with an alcohol marker) to the bottom edge.
The decoupage was added with silicone gel.
Finished with a peel-off sentiment (also colored with a marker) and a bit of glitter in the flower centers.
