Printed on matte photo paper. I mounted the base image onto a card made from a soft striped stock with pink on the back. I attached the second layer of rectangles with foam pads, and the rest of the decoupage with silicone.
Did a bit of distressing here and there, and sponged on some tea dye distress ink on some edges (very lightly).
A few crystals and a peel-off scroll completed this very special card. This sheet could also be used for small, individual note cards or gift tags.
