I printed the sheet onto matt photo paper and cut out the elements then I mounted the topper onto a card blank and used foam pads to mount the little tag image to the middle of the card.
To embellish the card I added corner peel offs and a peel off sentiment. This card only took minuets to make and looks really lovely.
