What a beautiful, bright wish for a Happy Birthday - lovely craft sheet Sarah. I backed the main graphic on white CS and edged with a fine line of the pink colour as the base CS.

I then, cut and raised the ovals with foam tape.

For embellies, I added pearls around the outer edge (& sentiment), also punched white corners and a tad of glitter on the beautiful flowers.

I added some brown "fluff" (cut-up pop-pom really) to the center of the flowers.
