I matted the image onto white holo paper and then I added a white feather and matted it onto purple mirror card.

I decoupaged the layers and used Star Dust stickles on the bow and flowers. Crystal stickles on the frame and Tulip pearl liquid on the frame too.

I added a greeting and 3 white holo card card candi.
