The image was printed onto good quality decoupage paper and all layers were cut out using the Scan n Cut.

The layers were decoupaged using 3D foam pads and I highlighted the dark flowers with Spectrum Sparkle pens and finally attached some gems to the topper.

The topper was then attached to a white blank 8x8 card. A lovely card suitable for male or female.
