Printed onto gloss photo paper. DST was used to attach the Topper to a scalloped edge card. Foam pads were used to attach the decoupage. A blue gem was stuck to the middle of the bow and dabs of crystal glitter were put onto parts of the rose buds.

A beautiful design, with a lovely verse on the front.
