Print the sheets onto quality card stock. Cut out the pieces and topper. Attach topper to a complimentary coloured cardstock cardbase. Punch a hole and tie a ribbon to the bookmark. Glue the bookmark holder to the front of topper and place the bookmark inside it.

I used the computer for my sentiment and adhered it to a matte of the same colour as the cardbase before attaching to the topper. (You could also stamp your desired sentiment.) For the finishing touches, I rounded the corners of the cardbase and added a bit of glitter to the butterfly and sentiment frame.
