Before printing this sheet I typed "Happy BIrthday" in the centre of each card in corresponding colors. I then printed out one copy on regular paper and one on decoupage paper. I cut round the main cards and stuck them on to card stock.

I then cut out the birds and flowers from the other copy and stuck these on the appropriate cards with sticky tabs.
