I printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to card stock. I then cut out the book mark, folded the side and bottom piece in and stuck them down with two sided tape. I then put a cord through a hole

I had made in the top centre . I stuck a "Happy Birthday" sticker at the left side of the heart and stuck the "To my Wife" message at the top centre. I made another copy of the larger flowers and stuck these on with sticky pads.
