Print 3 sheets (this makes 2 cards, 1 blue and 1 pink). Cut fans, hearts & flowers in one piece from 2nd sheet and just hearts and central flowers from 3rd sheet.
Matt image onto black card, cutting a wavy edge. Stick to card and decoupage all pieces.
Stick pearls, gems and bows as shown and add glitter glue and a black peel-off greeting.
