OccasionBirthday / Birthday Floral
A really pretty design!
I printed it at half size on to CUP paper.I mounted the base image on to a card blank.I then added the decoupage elements with foam pads.(I had used green distress ink with a dabber to hide the white parts between the stems) I finished by adding card candi.
