Blue Lace and Rose

This is very easy to make. I printed out the page on to 130gsm photo quality paper and cut out all the pieces. I mounted the base design on to a cream pearlised card with dst and then added the top layer using foam pads.

I added a blue dew drop to each of four corners, a pale blue gem to centre of bows. I used some glitter to highlight the rose and bows and finally added a greeting.
