Blue Eleganza

This is a square layered effect card front or topper in blue/lilac tones. A plain blue base with gold embellishments sits behind the lattice work overlay with gold flourishes and fretwork. a matching tonal sentiment tag sits in the top layer and three are supplied for choice. A corsage of tonal blue flowers sits at the bottom to finish the design. Decoupage is included for layering up.
