I printed the sheet at A5 size onto glossy photo paper and then cut out the decoupage. I attached the decoupage using foam pads. I attached a piece of ribbon across the front of the topper and matted onto a matching coloured card. I finished with green pearls.
A very quick card to make but it is very pretty.
