I printed two copies of the the design on good quality photo paper 220gsm. I used the second copy to decoupage some of the roses and the bow. I attached the base to a cream card after cutting around the scalloped edge. I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue.
This is a beautiful design, love the colours and the roses are just beautiful.
