Beautiful Pink Dahlias on a Oval FrameCompleted by Peggy Stogdill

Printed on matte photo paper, plus and extra copy for more decoupage (not necessary, but I wanted lots of extra petals and some leaves).

Attached the topper to a pink 5"x7" card with dst and added the available insert, cup840885_1398.

I added lots of layers of decoupage to the flowers and some of the leaves, as well as the sentiment, with silicone gel.

Such a pretty design!
