I used a pre-printed card blank with a pretty border down one side. I matted the base image onto gold metallic sunburst card, added a lilac feather and used foam tape to mount it to the card blank.

I decoupaged the panel & bow then used Pinflair glitter wand on the corners, Icicle Stickles on the frame, tiny white flowers & bow.
