Art Deco Floral Flutter TopperCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 6 x 6 square scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added a blob of silicone glue under one wing of the large butterfly and the small butterfly, on the gift tag, to give more definition.

I added glitter to the wings of the large butterfly, to the centre of the large flower and to the centres of the small flowers on each corner.

This lovely design also has a matching gift tag and can be used in many ways.
