Aqua Dreams Card FrontCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed off 2 of the sheets onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base layer onto gold mirror card, then black mirror card, added a pale feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP insert sheet.

I decoupaged the layers, matting the decorative strip onto black mirror card. I decoupaged the rest using 3D glue gel. I used Diamond & Star Dust Stickles to add some sparkle.
