Anniversary Wishes Scalloped Edge Card Topper 3Completed by Jane Halton

I printed the design on to good quality card and cut and layered it up. I then added some lilac pearl gems to the side of the top layer and a clear gem to the top of the Happy Anniversary Wishes in the centre.

I then punched a similar design to the centre panel on the corners and also the corners of the white card which I mounted the design on to and added some gems to the corners.
