Afternoon Tea Framed Card FrontCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed off the sheet onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base layer onto silver holo card cut to just show through the scallops, i added a feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.

I cut out the teapot & cups from the panel & decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel. I used various Stickles to add some sparkle. I embellished with a die cut greeting in silver holo card.
