This lovely topper was attached to a 10" x 7" cream card, then edged with purple glittery peel offs. The decoupage layers were then shaped and added using pinflair glue.
Glossy accents were used on the centre of the large flower and purple and clear gems were added to the small flower centres.
Purple glittery peel offs, mauve sticky ribbon, purple gems and a pearl were then added to the lower edge of the card to finish.
