I used a bright blue A5 card blank and added the topper centrally. I then matted a printed sentiment onto matching blue card and added this at the top of the card using foam pads.

To complete I added a few tiny gems to some of the flower centres and a blue organza ribbon bow along with a fine peel off border.

A really pretty card that could be used for different occasions.
