Printed on 180 grm paper the image was matted onto an A5 card with double sided sticky tape. 2mm foam pads were used for the layers.

I added gold peel-off corners at the top of the card with a Happy Birthday greeting.

Pink gems were added to the centre of the flower images with silicon.
