Printed onto Quality Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements. Using DST to attach main front onto a red card. I used foam tape to layer the Decoupage elements. I used Gold patterned stickon edging around the card.
I then stuck the Happy Birthday element to Bottom of card using foam pads. A very nice card to make and easy as well.
