I printed the sheet on to decoupage paper and cut it out. I used tape to stick the topper to the card and added the decoupage layers with silicone glue.
I used silver border peeloffs to decorate it, added the greeting and I will finish it off with loads of glitter.
This sheet makes a beautiful card for many occasione.
