Pretty Blue Tulips, Wavy Edge

With this design after printing it out and cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base in the centre of a bright blue C5 card, then i added a silver border all round the outside edges, i finished off by making up my card this i did using 2mm sticky pads to give some height, i placed the bow at the bottom of the tulips and added glass gems in the centre of the flowers, this is a terrific bright and beautiful design, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done, this design could be used for almost any ocassion.
