Vintage Red Roses Quick Card
A5 card front and decoupage layers using a vintage painting of two red roses in a shiny gold frame on damask backgrounds.
A greeting banner has been provided but this sheet would look great with peel-offs - anniversary cards maybe?

With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the main design base onto the front of a red C5 card, I then made up the design, this I did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a beautiful design for any lady, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
I reduced the size to fit a 5" x 7" card with room for borders, then printed the sheet on matte photo paper.
I covered a card with cup194626_96, glued sections of an antiqued paper doily to two corners, then attached the base image with dst and glued another section of doily above and behind the image panel.
The rose panel and sentiment were added with foam pads and the decoupage with silicone gel. Finished with a burgundy hand-dyed seam binding "vintage" ribbon. Truly a quick card with great eye appeal.
