I cut out all the pieces. I assembled them using foam adhesive. I mounted the card on to beige cardstock. Finally, I added a Happy Birthday sentiment. Beautiful card that's easy to make.

Printed on 135 gsm paper, I cut out all of the elements and decoupaged using foam pads, I then mounted the image onto the card using dst.
This is a lovely design.
