Printed on matte photo paper. I used a purchased red scalloped background, which I antiqued a bit with Distress ink. I used a corner rounding punch on the base image and antiqued it's edges as well. Added the decoupage with silicone gel and a peel-off sentiment and embellishment.
Russ has left the background intact in the potentially difficult cutting areas, making this a quick and effective card for any occasion.
