I printed three copies of this file and stuck one of the base cards on to card stock. From the second copy I cut out the hexagon and from the third the square in the middle. I assembled these on to the card.
I stuck a "Happy Birthday" message at the top of the hexagon and stuck corner pieces on each corner and at the bottom of the hexagon.
