Printed on matte photo paper. I used narrow dst to attach sheer black ribbon and a ribbon slide to my backing paper (from Graphic 45), wrapping the ribbon around to the back and taping it in place.
Attached to my card with dst, then attached the base image.
The decoupage was added with silicone gel-easy to cut out and simply beautiful. An eye-popping, elegant vintage design!
