Printed on matte photo paper. When I cut out the base image, I trimmed a bit extra off the bottom, then attached it to a card with dst.

I cut out the decoupage pieces with detail scissors and attached the upper border with silicone gel and glued the lower one in place with a glue stick.

When dry, I trimmed the card around the bottom of the lower border, leaving an edge of the card showing.

I added the smaller decoupage pieces with silicone as well as the sentiment (after coloring the cut edge with a Krylon 18K Gold marker).

Finished with a bow and two rhinestones. Very pretty vintage image and lovely colors.
