I folded one third of a white pearl A4 piece of card over, then attached white glitter paper to the back section.

The main topper was mounted on to green holographic mirri and attached on one side to the main card.

The decoupage layers were then shaped and added using pinflair glue. I finished off by adding some green ribbon along the front and all along the backing sheet on the card and added one of the text panels using pinflair glue.
